TPC Rider’s Contrarian Take - 

For those looking to purchase their first full-suspension bike, this is about as good as it gets. For me personally, I would skip over the Alloy Stumpy due to the components. I would be better off buying a higher-end build due to the prices it would cost to switch everything out.

The components I would switch would have to be the brakes first. While Tektro Gemini is not the worst, I would be craving something with more power and 4 pistons. Next would be suspension. I crave adjustability and downhill performance when it comes to suspension. The absence of a reservoir on the X-Fusion shock and the lack of adjustability on the fork would leave me wanting much more.
