Gravel grinding was road riding in the early days of Cicli Pinarello. They officially entered the gravel realm with the Grevil in 2018. Able to work with both 700x42mm and 650x2.1” (50mm) tires, it was much closer to their Dogma road bike than a mountain bike. The Grevil borrows the aero FlatBack tube shapes of the Dogma and the relatively short trail, leaning heavily into Pinarello’s road racing heritage. Pinarello then added the Grevil+ for those who wanted a lighter ride and the Dyodo Gravel for those who preferred an electric boost to their gravel pursuits.

2022 brought a revamp, with the Grevil F taking over. The aero tubes are optimized for gravel speeds—4% more aero at 40kph, and the cable routing has gone internal. Pinarello also added clearance for 700x50mm tires. The geometry fit coordinates have gotten shorter and taller, making it easier for more people to fit the bike. It’s still a roadie gravel rig with fast steering and three places to mount water bottles. They also added two e-bikes to the range, the carbon-fiber Nytro Gravel and the aluminum Nytro Grinta.
