All-Day, All-Mountain Fun

Why We Love It
The Scott Ransom is built to make mountains feel like playgrounds. Every rock, drop and turn becomes a thrilling feature that leaves you giddy. 170mm of plush rear travel absorbs the biggest hits you can throw at it and incredibly strong carbon design in all the right places ensures durability and a responsive ride. To make sure the Ransom isn't a dog on the climbs, Scott not only recruited a progressive geometry featuring a steeper seat tube, but they also utilize technology from their XC and Trail lineup called TwinLoc Suspension System. The TwinLoc Suspension System is pretty close to exactly what it sounds like: a remote lockout that stiffens the front and rear suspension in tandem. However, in addition, it also raises the bottom bracket to put you in a more agile and powerful riding position. The Scott Ransom brings all-day, all-mountain fun no matter what the trail delivers.
Master Mechanic’s Notes

  • Minor scuffs on the chainstays
