Fast with Class

Why We Love It
First things first, the Basso Astra is a beautiful bike to look at. While it incorporates some modern touches like dropped seatstays, seat tube cutout and a shaped head tube and down tube for aerodynamics, at first glance the bike appears to have quite a classic, timeless design.

Moving beyond fashion and into function, the Astra borrows much of the race prowess held by the Basso Diamante, but with a slightly higher stack and slightly shorter reach. So, for riders craving speed who don't desire a forward cannonball position, the Astra might just be your ticket!
Features
  • Race pedigree with a small touch of upright posture when compared to its sibling, the Basso Diamante
  • Lightweight and responsive carbon frame
  • Classy design with subtle modern features
Master Mechanic’s Notes
  • New Specialized Turbo Pro Clincher front & rear tires
  • New handlebar tape
  • Light scratches along the crank arms, rear derailleur, fork, seatpost, & handlebar
  • Moderate scratches on the non drive-side down tube
  • Frame protection tape has been left installed around the bottom bracket shell & has minor peeling
